Shipping & Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Open Purchase – 30 Days
We also offer a 30-day open purchase policy, giving you extra flexibility. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Returns
If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
